In this technology curriculum the emphasis is on its relationship to art. It is presumed that basic computer operations such as keyboarding and literacy in issues pertaining to storage, processes, place in society, ethics, careers, information systems, and research procedures, are a part of a parallel computer/technology program. The technological aspect of this art curriculum (1990) has been a 1997 addition. The codes in parentheses refer to the art curriculum objectives. The art objectives are disciplined -based. Particular software is suggested and is used as a basis for the objectives; however, since tools in draw/paint programs are often similar, adjustments should not be difficult.
