We’re here to help you explore, affirm and embrace who you are, what you offer, and where you want to go in your life – whether you’re just beginning your professional career, starting down a new path, or enhancing your current role.

Beth Wnuk is an accomplished executive who brings her business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for drawing out the best in people and organizational processes.

She joined Mount Mary following 20 years in the financial services industry, most recently as PNC Bank’s Regional President for Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY–Buffalo and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. She also is active in the community, serving as a board member of the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, United Performing Arts Fund and the Milwaukee Art Museum.

Natalie Strade oversees the Women’s Leadership Institute programs and logistics in following its mission to empower women to become leaders in the community and in life. She has 18 years of business experience with PNC Bank, Associated Bank and Midwest Airlines. She is a volunteer with the Red Shoe Friends of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin, and has also volunteered with Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Community Center, Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, the Milwaukee Art Museum and other organizations.

Darcie Maurer assists with the planning of programs and events such as the Summer Leadership Institute, Voices of Leadership Studio and Stage Series and Girl Scouts College Campus Explorers, as well as provide additional support for the Institute. Having been with Mount Mary since 2012, Darcie is excited to apply her background in community outreach, event planning and fundraising to this unique organization and its mission to support, connect and empower aspiring women leaders. She would love to talk with you about how to get involved with the Women's Leadership Institute and is here to answer any questions you may have.
