New Leadership Wisconsin
"It's a transformational event filled with new friendships, learning, life changing positive information, tools and practice to implement transformation into a better you!" -- 2013 New Leadership Wisconsin participant
Get the skills you need to become a leader in your community.
Each year in June, we host a diverse group of 20 women from different colleges and universities for our New Leadership program at Mount Mary University. These women spend 3 ½ days developing self knowledge, enhancing their skills and capabilities and learning how to connect with other leaders. They participate in a variety of workshops on topics ranging from negotiating and public speaking to diversity and personal branding and graduate from the program armed with tools, new skills and a personal vision statement that will help to guide them along their paths to becoming great leaders.
The program is sponsored each year by community organizations interested in developing strong leaders. We thank the following for seeing the potential in programs like this and for investing in the lives of these women: Brady Corporation, Forest County Potawatomi Foundation, The School Sisters of Notre Dame and Train 2 Gain.
Application and recommendation forms for the 2014 program will be available soon, but you can get the FAQs today!
