Stina Carayannopoulos is currently a senior majoring in English Professional Writing with an emphasis in New Media. For the past four semesters she has been a part of the Arches newspaper staff, reporting, editing, blogging, and assisting the web manager. She hopes to continue blogging. Upon graduating, Stina would like to find a career writing and updating website content for a company or organization.
Erin Mihor is double majoring in English and Sociology/Behavioral Science as well as pursuing a Peace Building Certificate. She is actively working on building a relationship with the School Sisters of Notre Dame through regular volunteer work and a future internship placement. With a passion for building community and sustainable living, Erin is actively involved in local gardening education and community beautification organizations. Upon graduation, she hopes to work within the public sector, helping to advocate for sustainable and fair urban food.
Monti Sarsour is a twenty-one year old senior here at Mount Mary University and a proud new intern of the Women’s Leadership Institute. She was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin but currently resides in Oak Creek/South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Monti is the youngest of six children and majoring is health communications with a minor in psychology. Upon graduation, she hopes to master in medical counseling or apply to law school. Her favorite hobbies include: writing, reading, cooking, exercising, shopping, and watching movies. She is passionate about animals, especially cats. Always ready to try new things and open to new ideas, Monti hopes to become a valuable assist that brings much to the table.
