Student Health Insurance - Mount Mary College offers student health insurance options for undergraduate, graduate and part-time students taking at least six credit hours. At Mount Mary, we believe that it is important for each student to evaluate her or his own situation with regard to what type of coverage, if any, is necessary for personal and family insurance. Urgent care clinics near Mount Mary College - Mount Mary College cares deeply for the well-being of all its students. In the event of a sudden illness or a need for emergency care, contact the switchboard at ext. 345 or (414) 258-4810. The switchboard attendant will arrange for emergency care.

Mount Mary’s campus security officers are CPR certified and trained in basic first aid.

Health Record Report Form - The Health Record Report Form is to be completed by all Mount Mary College students (first year, transfer, and graduate). In addition, all Mount Mary College resident and international students are required to have insurance. Learn more about the student health insurance options.

Download the Health Form and return it to the Student Affairs Office two weeks prior to the first day of classes for the semester.
