Women's Leadership Institute
As president of Mount Mary College, Dr. Schwalbach is committed to sustaining and growing Mount Mary's Women's Leadership Institute. Established in 2002, the Women's Leadership Institute provides specialized leadership training and development for women in the community.
Dr. Schwalbach is an active mentor to rising leaders at Mount Mary and in the community. She regularly meets with aspiring individuals to provide guidance on professional and leadership skill development.
