The Registrar is the custodian of the official scholastic records of the College and is the certifying officer of student academic records.

  • conducts the registration of students for classes
  • processes changes of enrollment
  • issues transcripts
  • processes grades
  • authorizes international student I-20 forms
  • authorizes off-campus course requests
  • distributes the class schedules each semester

Transcripts

Order Transcripts online - Mount Mary College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

  • To order an official transcript(s), login to the the Clearinghouse "My Student Center" secure site.
  • The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
  • Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.

Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Mount Mary College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Using their secure web site and a login and password you can retrieve this information and forward it on to various organizations.
