On-campus housing in Caroline Hall is available for all Mount Mary College students (first-year, transfer, graduate).
Full-time traditional first-year students entering Mount Mary College directly from high school who are not living at home with their parents or immediate family members are required to reside in Caroline Hall in order to gain a truly unique first-year experience.
These residents can relax knowing they have direct access to fun-loving Resident Assistants (RAs) on every floor who will ease and guide them into this new college life. Residents can expect an engaging student center experience as well as:
- Spacious walk-in closet including built-in bureaus in 90 percent of the rooms
- Private or semi-private bathrooms in approximately 100 rooms
- Individually controlled radiators in each room
- Cool window alcoves for creative decorations
- Sinks and mirrors in the room in all rooms on the fourth floor
- Wireless internet service
- Telephone service
- Beverage machines and kitchens with new appliances on every floor
- Easily accessible laundry facilities (near the elevator)
- Unique and entertaining activities to encourage involvement and interaction

- Double without private bathroom - Two students per room, two sinks per room, use of two common-area bathrooms with individual bathroom and shower stalls and bathtubs
- Double with private bathroom - Two students per room, share a private bathroom
- Single without private bathroom- One student per room, one sink in room, use of two common-area bathrooms with individual bathroom and shower stalls and bathtubs
- Single suite with shared bathroom - One student per room, two rooms adjoined by shared bathroom
- Single with private bathroom - One student per room, student has own bathroom

Commuter students can purchase meal plans for on-campus dining and residence students receive a meal plan with their room and board. Check out the campus dining web page for additional information including hours of operation and daily menus.
Apply for Housing - On-campus housing in Caroline Hall is available for all Mount Mary College students (first-year, transfer, graduate). Application for housing must include:
- Completed housing application.
- $100 security deposit made by personal check or through the online payment feature provided by CASHNet SmartPay.
- Read the Housing Contract.
Find out about Health Insurance - Health insurance is required for all current Mount Mary College students. If you do not have insurance, you can secure information about purchasing health insurance online.
