Flu Shots
The flu shot is available at every CVS Pharmacy at no cost to all employees on the WAICU Benefits Consortium Health Insurance Plan. You must present a special coupon and your photo ID. No appointment is necessary. Stop in the Human Resources office to get your coupon.
Get Connected
Current Mount Mary faculty and staff can access information via the My Mount Mary intranet portal. This communication tool is independent of the Mount Mary website and is password protected so you will need your I.D. number and password to enter.

Calendars
Create a personal calendar that can be shared with other Mount Mary College co-workers. Subscribe to other calendars such as the Athletics calendar and Academic School year calendar and view them all in one place.
Groups
My Mount Mary can be used to improve communication among members in a group. Once a group is created and editing permissions set, the group can post meeting dates, handouts and notes that only group members can see.

Mary students and staff are able to purchase
Microsoft and Adobe products at a discount through a collaborative
effort with the Wisconsin Association
of Independent Colleges and Universities (WAICU).
Giving
Employees can live out the Mount Mary mission and vision by participating in various giving programs outlined under the "Give to Mount Mary" tab of the My Mount Mary portal. Seasonal opportunities for giving are also available.

Book Club - NEW!
Dr. Eileen Schwalbach has created a rotating book club. The College will provide a select number of copies of a chosen book for the small groups of 12 to share. The book will be read by one group, discussed and then passed on to the next group. The current selection is A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the World.
