Family Yoga with Haley Fuhr
Current Masters of Art Therapy student, and registered yoga teacher, Haley Fuhr will guide parents and kids through an accessible and fun hour of yoga and mindfulness!
Guests and their little ones will have the chance to find their zen, while learning new techniques for connecting to your mind and body. All skill levels are encouraged to join, Haley is skilled at meeting yogis where they are, and will be offering tips and tricks to improve your skills.
Haley uses yoga in her personal life as a way to create a safe space to cope with anxiety. Through the course, participants will find Haley’s techniques of focusing breathing, alignment and movement offers the chance to explore the body and move in a way that feels good.

Haley Fuhr is a Registered Yoga Teacher who completed her 200-hour RYT in 2020. She teaches a Yoga Basics class at the Riverwest Yogashala and teaches yoga and mindfulness to youth as a part of their mental health treatment team. She graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelor's of Psychology and Neurobiology in 2019 and is in graduate school pursuing her master's in art therapy at Mount Mary University. Haley's initial training was based in vinyasa and hatha yoga, and she is working toward expanding her experience of yoga and yoga teaching.
