Mount Mary Will Again Offer Discounted Summer Tuition and Free Housing

This summer, Mount Mary University has once again halved the cost of tuition and is offering degree-seeking undergrad students the ability to live in the residence hall for free.

Undergraduate per-credit summer tuition has been reduced nearly 50 percent, from $585 to $300 per credit hour.

“Building on last year’s great success and record summer enrollment, we are again lowering tuition costs and offering free housing,” said Mount Mary president Dr. Isabelle Cherney. “This allows students to get ahead in their studies and stay connected with their friends while enjoying our beautiful campus.”

“Offering undergraduates a reduced per credit hour summer rate encourages continued engagement with a lively on campus presence,” added Nicole Biddle, senior director of finance. “Class sizes are a bit smaller allowing students a special experience for a short period of time that is intended to be motivational as they continue their journey here at Mount Mary University.”

Classes typically range from four to six weeks and meet more frequently than regular semester courses. A variety of in-person, remote and hybrid classes are offered.

While both graduate and undergraduate classes are offered, the tuition and housing incentive applies only to undergraduate students.
