"For the past twenty years, I have loved being a part of the English department team, serving as the Composition sequence coordinator and as chair. My passion is the Food, Literature, and Popular Culture course that I created in 2010 because it examines food representations in literature and current food writing. I want to be that little voice in a student's ear, far in the future, whispering the grammatically correct way to communicate in writing or speaking."
