Economist, professor and author, Dr. Kristen Carioti is quite literally writing the book on how to understand and navigate your relationship with money. No matter your circumstances, you can better understand your money story, improve your decisions with money, and set your future-self up for financial success.
Through tips, techniques and personal assessments, participants will have the chance to make mindful improvements in their relationship with money. Dr. Carioti will help you explore your money history, stemming from your earliest money memories and shaped by your money classroom – the education and feelings surrounding money in your childhood. You’ll examine your money scripts, the stories you tell yourself about money, and how they impact your behaviors today and in the future. Finally, you’ll define financial freedom for yourself and identify where you are on the seven steps to financial freedom.
