About me:
I’m interested in all things fantasy, mythology, writing and books, video games, cooking, and crafting. I’ve run D&D campaigns for the past 10 years and I could talk about each of my campaigns and experiences for 10 more years – ask me about my homebrew world if you really want to be bored. I have an on-and-off relationship with Magic the Gathering and other collectible card games. I love learning about other people’s hobbies and strange collections. I speak English, Swedish, and Polish, and I’m always looking to learn more.
My psychology interests have always involved emotions, physiology, and social interactions. This includes, but isn’t limited to, vicarious embarrassment and pain, social rejection and anxiety, the human vagal system, the impact of racism on minority health, and the links between human and primate social behavior.
If you share any of my interests, psychological or otherwise, feel free to stop by my office for a chat!
