About me:

My life goal is to help enhance the emotional, physical and spiritual health of families and individuals as I research tools to do so. I often turn to humor and TV shows to demonstrate ideas; my favorites are Elf and the animated film Home. I have been known to dress up as a dinosaur to cheer up children stuck at home during the lockdown, and as a shark to encourage hydration at summer camps. I enjoy walks when the temperature is under 72, and have tried goat yoga and bungee workouts. I also chant, write faith-based articles, and spend time connecting with and learning from the elderly. Come to my office to grab a "fidget edamame" and brainstorm in the calmness!
