Collecting Our Language to Build Our Worlds

Su Cho was born in South Korea and grew up here and there in Indiana. Her poems and essays revolve around immigration, language, and lore, and you can find her work in New England Review, POETRY, Gulf Coast, GEN Medium, and elsewhere. "Abecedarian for ESL in West Lafayette, Indiana" was chosen by Tracy K. Smith to be included in The Best American Poetry 2021. In May 2021, she served as Guest Editor for Poetry Foundation's POETRY Magazine.
