University Trustee Recognized as Advocate for Change

Mount Mary alumna and trustee Marjorie Rucker '00 was recently recognized for her contributions toward promoting economic success for diverse populations in the city of Milwaukee. Rucker, who serves as chair of Milwaukee's Ethnic and Diverse Business Coalition, is a passionate advocate for minority-owned small businesses across Wisconsin. This February, she was selected to be one of four community leaders commended by Mayor Cavalier Johnson for her contributions to the city in honor of Black History Month.
