Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, IT Services is operating with a modified schedule. We will be monitoring support needs during the university's Return to Campus plan, and adjusting our schedule as needed. Please check back to this page for the most up-to-date hours.
During the current phase of the Return to Campus phase, the IT Services physical office space will be closed to non-IT staff. The Help Desk will continue to operate remotely, and can be contacted by phone at 414-930-3048 or email at email@example.com. We will first attempt to resolve all support issues remotely.
For issues that cannot be reasonably resolved remotely, we will be offering on-site support on a scheduled basis. Drop-in support will not be available during the current phase of the Return to Campus plan. All on-site support must be scheduled in advance with the Help Desk or support technician.
