Each spring, Mount Mary’s fashion department produces a highly-anticipated, student-run fashion show celebrating the collaborative creative efforts of both design and merchandise management majors. This year, our committee is planning Supernova!
Six students from the Fashion Show Coordination class will ideate and oversee the transformation of our elegant Alumnae Dining Room into a bright and spacious venue for the 2023 show. Original creations by 18 student designers will be featured, with a few extra surprises in store!
A can’t-miss Senior Showcase celebration will immediately follow the 7:30 p.m. show. Guests will have an opportunity to chat with student show producers and enjoy an up close, personal view of each senior designer’s creative process and collection garments. Follow @mountmaryfashion on Instagram for regular sneak peeks into the behind-the-scenes effort required to produce this milestone event!

CREO: Our annual celebration of the arts
Latin for "to make, create, produce," CREO is an annual celebration from Mount Mary University's School of Arts & Design showcasing student work from fashion, studio art, graphic design, interior design and art therapy that culminates in a student-run fashion show.
CREO is another example of how Mount Mary University lives its mission of being a Creative Campus — a place that recognizes the importance of creativity and nurtures a unique brand of talent that can improvise new ways of thinking.
Arts and Design Senior Exhibitions
The School of Arts and Design is proud to share the work of our talented seniors. Each year, students from Graphic Design, Interior Design, Studio Art and Art Education spend their last semesters preparing for a two-week exhibit of their work and host a reception for hundreds of visitors.
