2024 Voices of Leadership Event will Explore the Power of Choice

Mount Mary University's Voices of Leadership event on Thursday, Nov.,14, will feature keynote speaker Kat Esser, principal at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Social Responsibility + Impact.

Esser has held innovation leadership roles for over two decades across a number of influential organizations, including Calvin Klein, Martha Stewart, Kaiser Permanente, Deloitte and Amazon. She will share insights with the audience that have shaped her professional journey and influenced her leadership style. Esser hopes to inspire others to harness the power and potential of leadership and embrace the courage to navigate uncertainty.

The event will provide insightful takeaways for members of the business and campus community.”

Voices of Leadership is an annual keynote event for Mount Mary, providing the opportunity to engage in conversations with women leaders who have broken ground in entrepreneurship, innovation, social change and leadership. These women share their experiences, stories and best practices to help participants see and pursue their own leadership potential.
