Corporate Partner Tuition Discounts
Mount Mary University’s partnerships with Milwaukee area companies allow employees of partner companies to receive grants or tuition discounts for undergraduate and graduate study in select Mount Mary academic programs. Incoming students should contact the Admission Office with any questions about tuition discounts and your eligibility. Current students should contact the Financial Aid Office with any questions.
Tuition Discount Eligibility
In most cases, employees must be pursuing a degree as a part-time student to be eligible
for benefits. Part-time status is 11 undergraduate credits or less per semester (or
per two consecutive accelerated terms) and 3 graduate credits or less per semester.
To maintain eligibility, the employee must obtain a letter each semester from the company’s human resources office indicating current status as a benefit-eligible employee. The letter should be submitted via email to the Mount Mary Admission Office prior to your first semester at Mount Mary and to the Business Office each following semester. All employees also must apply for admission and be accepted to Mount Mary to receive the benefit.
Eligible Academic Programs
Undergraduate degree and certificate programs: Benefit-eligible employees of corporate partners may receive funding toward a bachelor’s
degree or post-baccalaureate certificate at Mount Mary University in the form of a
grant. Amount of coverage varies depending on employer. Some companies may restrict
this benefit to certain academic programs of study.
Graduate programs: Benefit-eligible female or male employees of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee may participate in the Corporate Grant Program offering 50% discount for those enrolled part-time and pursuing certification or a degree in Education. This includes Post Baccalaureate students seeking teacher certification or those seeking a Master of Arts in Education or a Master of Science in School Counseling. Part-time status is eleven credits or fewer per semester for post-baccalaureate study, and three credits or fewer per semester for graduate study. Employees must apply for admission to the University and obtain from a human resources representative, a yearly letter indicating current status as a benefit-eligible employee of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
