Meet Our Faculty
Kristen Roche, director of Mount Mary's MBA program and assistant professor in business administration, is finding ways to not only make her students more aware of the gender wage gap, she's giving them the skills they need to close it. By creating an active learning role-playing exercise on the "negotiation gap," she provides the young women in her program the power to develop a strategy for negotiating their own salaries. She encourages them to practice negotiating small things in life so they can build confidence. Learn more about our faculty.
