The Integrated Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Mount Mary University is ACEND-accredited and completion will enable the student to take the Registered Dietitian Examination by being provided a verification statement of successful completion. Exam requirements are set by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR.) See: https://www.cdrnet.org/rd-eligibility.

Successfully passing the registration exam earns the credentials RD or RDN. Following satisfactory completion of the Program and a passing score on the Registration exam, graduates who desire to work in the State of Wisconsin should apply for certification. This is a completely separate procedure from becoming registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Please visit the website: https://www.cdrnet.org. When graduates achieve the RD or RDN designation, they may then apply to the credentialing board for certification or licensure in the state in which they intend to practice.
