Professional Tutoring

MMU Professional Tutors will support you in your core courses, help you set and achieve your learning goals, and guide you to become a successful, independent learner.  

All students interested in maintaining or improving their academic performance are invited to work individually with a Peer Tutor or Professional Tutor, participate in group study, and/or attend a skill-building workshop, all free of charge.  

Our Professional Tutors have completed a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in their academic field and are trained to work with students using targeted assessment strategies to meet the unique needs of each student. Additionally, our Professional Writing Tutors assist with all levels of writing for both undergraduate and graduate courses.
