Trinity Woods
The opportunity to live on Mount Mary’s campus with your children while you earn your degree will create a convenience that is truly unmatched. Trinity Woods is an intergenerational housing community formed by a three-way partnership between Mount Mary University, the School Sisters of Notre Dame and Trinity Senior Services.
Eligibility requirements:
- Trinity Woods is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate Mount Mary students who are single moms.
- Each apartment is limited to two children and their mom. Children must be 11 years old or younger.
Depending on availability, we also accept applications from graduate students without children.
Trinity Woods Features
Each apartment has a two-bedroom floor plan and is 656 square feet.

- Utilities (water, heat, electricity, wifi)

- Access to free laundry machines
- Apartment furniture: Bed with mattress, dressers, a desk, a kitchen table, couch, refrigerator, and microwave
- A lounge and play area on each floor with a full kitchen
- Children's reading nook
- Trinity Woods resident also have access to all on campus resources
Trinity Woods Apartment Rates
Trinity Woods is an on campus housing option which means that a student’s financial aid can contribute to the cost of room & board. Note that these rates are updated annually.
Student Parent Apartment Rate
The student parent is assigned to a two-bedroom unit for themself and their child(ren).
- Fall/Spring Rate: $1324 per month
- Summer Rate: $1330 per month
Graduate Student Double Occupancy Apartment
Graduate students are assigned to a two-bedroom unit with another graduate student as an apartment-mate.
- Fall/Spring Rate: $662 per month
- Summer Rate: $665 for month

- Submit the Trinity Woods Housing Placement Application
- Complete an interview with Housing Staff
- Take a tour of Trinity Woods
- Meet with Financial Aid to discuss how housing would impact financials
What is required to live in on-campus housing?
- Student must be enrolled at Mount Mary University
- Required to apply: Health Insurance information, Hepatitis B vaccination, Meningitis vaccination
- $100 housing deposit
- Application submitted
When should I apply for housing?
Once you are an admitted MMU student, you can apply for housing! May 1st is the priority deadline for housing applications. You may apply after May 1st, but room preference and space availability will be given to applicants who apply before May 1.
New incoming students will receive their housing placements in June.
