Anne Kahl is the Executive Director - Leadership Institute & Corporate Relations, overseeing both corporate and foundation relations and the Women's Leadership Institute (WLI).  She started as the Director of Corporate Relations in August of 2013 and then added oversight of WLI in January 2019. When Kahl joined Mount Mary in 2013, her primary focus was relationship development with foundations and corporations for fundraising purposes. Today, corporate relations has expanded to include connecting Mount Mary's academic programs with business industry experts and other learning opportunities for students, such as internships, research projects and mentorships. The WLI offers activities, resources and programming for leaders of all ages and backgrounds. Keystone events include the community Voices of Leadership event, the Summer Leadership Academy for high school girls, and the Visiting Fellows Program in partnerships with the Council of Independent Colleges.

Alexandra Hoslet joined Mount Mary University in 2018. She has 5 years of prior experience in non-profit programming for children and teens. Hoslet has a diverse set of skills and experiences essential to supporting the smooth operation and program building of the Women's Leadership Institute. She  was instrumental in developing the Peer Mentor program. This program for previous Summer Leadership Academy participants develops leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills by assisting current Academy participants. Hoslet's focus is in program development and implementation, event planning, research, and social media.

Nia Taylor is currently a Sophomore at Mount Mary University, majoring in Psychology. Taylor began working with the Women's Leadership Institute in April of 2020 and helps with research, social media, and event planning.

"Working at the WLI allows me to share my passion of advocacy for women. As a person who enjoys working and collaborating with others, working at the WLI is a great fit for me! I am able further my skills in research, networking, and communication. By working at the WLI I experience and help contribute to the mission of community, compassion, competence, and commitment here at Mount Mary," says Taylor.
