Graduate Housing at Mount Mary
Graduate Students can benefit from three housing options at Mount Mary University. Mary John Place is an apartment building located just across the street from campus on 92nd Street and offers year-round graduate student housing. Caroline Hall is the traditional residence hall for students on campus and is available for female graduate students only. Trinity Woods is an intergenerational housing community formed by a three-way partnership between Mount Mary University, the School Sisters of Notre Dame, and Milwaukee Catholic Home.
Mary John Place
The Mary John Place apartments at Mount Mary University are an on-campus housing option for graduate students only.
Mary John Place is currently full until June 2023. Anyone interested in a unit starting in June 2023 should email mmu-reslife@mtmary.edu.
Apartment styles and rates
Mary John Place has two assignment types available:
- The Single Apartment Occupancy
One student is assigned to an entire two-bedroom apartment, providing the student with the option of privacy and/or family living.- Cost: $5,515 for Fall/Spring
- Cost: $2,205 for Summer
- Double Occupancy Apartment
A student is assigned to one of two bedrooms in a two-bedroom unit.- Cost: $3,305 for Fall/Spring
- Cost: $1,325 for Summer
For both of these options, the rates are fixed and all-inclusive. However, meal plans are not included in the rates for Mary John Place.

Mary John Place offers generous two-bedroom apartments that can be rented per bedroom or the entire apartment. Features of Mary John Place include:
- Furnished two-bedroom apartment with flexible assignment options.
- Wireless internet and cable TV
- Full kitchens in each unit
- Laundry facilities
- Convenient access to campus

Finding an apartment-mate
Students can request an apartment-mate when they complete their application to Mary John Place. However, if a student does not request an apartment-mate, Residence Life will make every effort to find a good pairing of apartment-mates based on the application information. The best way to get paired with a good apartment-mate is to answer honestly on the application.
Renewal options for Mary John Place
Students who are currently living in Mary John Place have the opportunity to renew their contract 45 days prior to the end of their current contract's term. Residence Life will contact the student prior to the deadline. The student will not need to submit a new housing application or security deposit.

One student is assigned to an entire two-bedroom apartment, providing the student with the option of privacy and/or family living. (Only single mothers and their children can live in Trinity Woods if they are a family unit.)- Cost: $5,150 For Fall/Spring Term
- Cost: $2,060 For Summer Term
- Double Occupancy Apartment
A student is assigned to one of two bedrooms in a two-bedroom unit.- Cost: $3,090 for Fall/Spring Term
- Cost: $1,240 for Summer Term

- Furnished two-bedroom apartment style living with flexible assignment options.
- Community kitchens on each floor
- Kitchenettes in each apartment (does not include a stove)
- Free laundry facilities
- Convenient access to campus
Finding an apartment-mate
Students can request an apartment-mate when they complete their application to Trinity Woods. Residence Life will make a good faith effort to pair the student with a roommate, however the student must also make an effort to find a roommate.

Caroline Hall
